Ask about this season

Contact leadership for current Board-authorized teams, age and grade requirements, eligibility, coaching, and openings. Families who homeschool or use private, public, or hybrid education may inquire; participation remains subject to the applicable program and league requirements.

An inquiry or completed registration does not guarantee a roster place, position, uniform choice, or playing time. Coaches and the Athletic Director review eligibility, readiness, roster capacity, and safe supervision before a place is promised.

Getting started

  1. Submit the parent/guardian registration form, or email leadership about eligibility and current openings.
  2. Receive the current eligibility, registration, and payment instructions.
  3. Complete required forms and handbook acknowledgments through the authorized process.
  4. Follow official family notices in Band. Band remains the primary family communication channel.

Please use the designated secure process for medical, emergency, custody, or other private athlete records.

Request for Information

Parents and adult inquirers: ask about current teams, eligibility, or openings. Do not include medical, custody, financial, or other sensitive details. Leadership uses your contact information to respond to your inquiry.

Not sure who to ask? Start here.

Select a topic below and briefly tell us what you need. You do not need to know an officer’s name. Authorized leadership reviews inquiries and directs them to the responsible role. General help is also available at ecitycrusaders@gmail.com.

Keep it brief and non-sensitive. Do not include medical or custody details, financial documents, banking information, or detailed child-protection reports. Ask for private contact with the Treasurer, Safety & Compliance, or the Board when needed.

Which role handles my question?
  • Registration, eligibility, teams and schedules: Athletic Director and coaching staff.
  • Routine coaching questions: head coach first; ordinary playing-time or strategy concerns follow the Handbook’s 24-hour rule, then AD/Board escalation if unresolved.
  • Fees, payment verification and credits: Treasurer/Board through leadership.
  • Volunteering: leadership coordinates with the responsible supervisor; expressing interest is not an assignment or automatic credit.
  • Sponsorships and fundraising: authorized Board leadership and Treasurer; no commitments are approved by this form.
  • Formal Board matters: ecitycrusadersboard@gmail.com.
  • Website help: general contact will direct your request to the website administrator. Never send passwords.

Safety concerns: act promptly. Contact Safety & Compliance/Board through the established private reporting process; do not wait for a web-form reply or the 24-hour rule. Use emergency services when immediate danger requires it. This form is not an emergency reporting service. Read the concerns and safety guidance.

A receipt confirms submission only, not resolution, roster placement, payment verification or approval. If you need to follow up, use your inquiry reference if available and email the general contact; do not repeatedly submit the same request. Band remains official for last-minute team information.
